I have been your Councillor for nearly four years, in that time I am pleased to say I have been able to help hundreds of local residents when faced with a Council related problems.

I have known Steven Frear for quite some time and have worked with him on neighbourhood watch and other projects. He is a honest man which is very rare in a councilor and as they say you get what's on the tin.

I have worked alongside Councillor Frear since July 2009 in trying to better standards for my little neighbourhood. Up in Joining Bank we have had an ongoing daily nightmare of Anti Social Behaviour, gang culture, criminal damage as well as verbal and physical abuse from the young people.
Steven has been an absolute pleasure to work with, always been fully impartial and willing to help even in areas he’s never dealt with before.
The thing above all that stood out to me about Steven was the fact that he dealt with everything like a human being! Not like most of the hoity toity councillors there is out there. He was always warm and friendly and happy to help with anything.
His constituents always being his first priority instead of whom he may upset within the local authority. Always on the end of the phone when you need him and he always keeps you up to date on the latest news regarding your issue.
Steve has definitely guaranteed himself two definite votes for the future!
